Get in touch
Contact us by email or phone. Briefly describe the apartment (size, location, rent).
Find suitable tenants
We will look for suitable tenants together with you. You decide who you want to rent to.
Getting to know each other & viewing
We accompany the interested parties to the viewing and help with communication – so you can get to know each other in a relaxed manner.
Moving in with support
We assist with the tenancy agreement (Mietvertrag), explain house rules, and remain available as a contact person even after moving in.
What landlords want to know
Who pays the rent?
In most cases, the job center (Jobcenter) or social welfare office (Sozialamt) covers the rent directly. Payment is made punctually by bank transfer to you as the landlord.
What happens if there are problems?
We are your contact person. In case of misunderstandings, language barriers, or other questions, we mediate and look for a solution together.
How high can the rent be?
The rent must be within the local average. The job center (Jobcenter) has upper limits based on household size. We would be happy to advise you on the current rates for the district of Regensburg (Landkreis Regensburg).
Does the apartment have to be furnished?
No, the apartment does not have to be furnished. Basic equipment can often be organized through donations or social institutions – we also help with this.
Can I meet the tenants beforehand?
Of course! We organize a personal meeting and accompany the viewing. You are free to decide who you rent to.
Do you have an apartment to offer?
We welcome every offer – whether a small apartment, a room in a shared flat (WG-Zimmer), or a larger unit. Contact us without obligation!
